Dani & Tim

Danielle and Tim! What a awesome day for you - and for me too! I feel like I've been friends with these guys for ages! AND, what a small world! Seeing people I went to high school with!! Ahh! Loved it. Thank you guys, it was such a beautiful day (and thank goodness it didn't rain!!)

I saw the wood pile at Danielles house, and just thought it would make an interesting photo.

Tim! Cried as Danielle walked down the aisle. So beautiful!!

Do you like this? :) I took this while driving... kind of illegal, but I'm happy with the outcome... and how cool are the Morris Minors?!!

Barefoot bride. So cool.

We seriously had to hike to get to the locations, but it was so worth it. Very eco-friendly photos!!

Dani is a girl who knows something about appropriate footwear!

I think peonies are my favourite flowers...

This is crazy hey? Dani was such an adventurer bride!!!! This was actually her idea!! I love it, she was up for anything!!

Invitations!

As a photographer, its such a lovely experience to get a wedding invitation! Not just because you feel part of everything, but also, because I get to take photos of them!! Often I'll ask my brides if I can borrow an invitation to take a photo, because then I'm more fully understanding the wedding concept/theme!
Of course, I totally get that brides have much more important things to think of than whether their photographer gets an invitation!! But I wanted to post this for my friend Carla so that I remember...
--Carla! I'm coming to your wedding!-- :)

Sorry!

I was just checking over my blog, and realised that I haven't blogged much of these two! Slack slack slack of me!!! I appologise!! xxx

Naturality

Im a fan of natural photos. Theres something beautiful about them.

City of Editing

Ok. So I'm in edit city, and just wanted to break the monotony and post something. Here's more of Gabby and Ben's wedding!
First of all, 7, SEVEN flowergirls!!!! Here they are waiting outside for the bride to arrive.

Gabby's grandfather performed the ceremony - it was very moving.

I have been criticised for taking over the streets when I photograph a wedding!! I just tell my brides to walk down the middle of the road, and traffic MUST stop. Of course, this time, it was actually Gabby's idea.
